If you are triggered by your children you have a choice. Abuse them or take 100% responsibility for your shadows. What do you choose? Sure you can listen to the episode first but now is the time to STFU to your kids. Show up with your strength and your vulnerability.
Being a dad has nothing to do with perfection and feeling shame for not living your standard does not help.
